Commitment

Omega intends to make its public website usable for visitors with disabilities and to support accessible fallback content where HUD, animation, WebGL, or advanced interactions are used.

Current launch requirements

  • Crawlable non-WebGL fallback content for public pages.
  • Keyboard-reachable navigation, footer, forms, consent controls, and legal links.
  • Reduced-motion support for HUD and animation-heavy sections.
  • Readable contrast and focus states.
  • Feedback channel for accessibility issues.

Known limitations

Some Studio HUD, graph, motion, gesture, biometric, and experimental surfaces may require additional accessibility review before production publication. Pages should not rely only on visual spatial interaction to communicate critical content.

Feedback

Draft contact: accessibility@omeganeural.com. Final accessibility feedback process, owner, response cadence, and remediation workflow must be confirmed before publication.

Draft disclaimer

This page is a structural legal/trust draft for Omega website preparation. It is not legal advice, not a final customer commitment, and not a substitute for counsel, privacy, security, compliance, and Agora claim review before publication.
