Request handling

Final implementation must define verification, authorized-agent handling, response timelines, appeal posture where applicable, and non-discrimination language for exercising rights.

Available choices

• Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information where applicable.
• Opt out of targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable.
• Limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through Cookie Preferences.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message or a preference center when available.
• Submit access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction requests where applicable.

Verification and appeals

• Omega should verify request identity before disclosing, correcting, deleting, or exporting personal information.
• Authorized agents should be supported where required, subject to proof of authority and identity verification.
• Responses should follow applicable statutory timelines and include appeal rights where required.

Business customer data

If a privacy request concerns personal information controlled by an Omega customer, Omega may direct the requester to the customer or assist the customer according to the DPA and customer instructions.
