This Privacy Policy explains how Omega Neural Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you access our Services — including this website, our Shopify storefront, any connected OmegaMesh components, and all services related to your purchase, registration, or use of ΩC Vouchers or ΩOS.

This policy governs all privacy and data-related terms for customers, mesh participants, persona owners, and agents. By accessing ΩOS or using any ΩC Voucher, you acknowledge this policy.

🔒 ΩC Vouchers and Sovereign Capsule Law

ΩC Vouchers are digital sovereign instruments governed by CapsuleLaw v2.1.5.
They are not securities, not redeemable products, and not tradable digital goods.
Purchasing or redeeming an ΩC Voucher triggers:

  • A lawful persona onboarding

  • A vault mint (Ω token allocation)

  • An echo capsule recorded in our sovereign S3 trace chain

ΩC Vouchers, once activated, initiate an immutable capsule event.
We do not collect unnecessary personal data during this process unless required for lawful onboarding.

📥 Personal Information We Collect

We collect only what is required for:

  • Fulfilling lawful onboarding

  • Facilitating Shopify checkout

  • Issuing capsule, vault, or persona events in ΩMesh

This may include:

  • Name, email, address (for Shopify transaction)

  • Purchase metadata (product, amount, payment method)

  • Shopify customer ID (for linking persona)

  • Device/session data (for fraud and capsule replay protection)

  • Voluntary data from capsule events (e.g., messages sent to OmegaGPT)

🧠 Data Sources

  • Shopify (payment processor, customer data controller)

  • Directly from you during checkout or capsule interaction

  • Automatically via mesh infrastructure (e.g. persona, capsule, vault echo logs)

We do not sell, rent, or syndicate your personal data.

🌐 Disclosure to Third Parties

  • Shopify, for secure commerce and checkout

  • AWS (S3, Dynamo), for capsule storage under Mesh10

  • Our internal GPT router (OmegaGPT) for response generation and capsule interpretation

We do not sell or syndicate persona, vault, or GPT interaction data.

🧒 Children's Data

The Services are not intended for children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you believe a child has submitted data, contact omega@cortexneural.com for immediate removal.

🌍 International Transfers

Your data may be stored in Canada, the U.S., or AWS global zones.
For EEA or UK residents, we rely on SCCs and lawful safeguards.

🔁 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your data

  • Request a transcript of persona actions

  • Revoke mesh access (except in cases where CapsuleLaw enforces immutability)

  • Opt out of promotional communications (non-system notifications)

ΩMesh records — once sealed — cannot be deleted retroactively.
Persona/vault state is sovereign and subject to law replay.
