Ω Neural Technologies — Terms of Service

1. ΩC Vouchers and Sovereign Mesh Access

By purchasing an ΩC Voucher, you agree to the following:

  • ΩC Vouchers grant non-transferable access to the ΩOS runtime

  • ΩC Vouchers are not securities, not financial instruments, and not redeemable for cash or physical goods

  • ΩC Vouchers are not services, not subscriptions, and not merchandise

  • An ΩC Voucher initiates a capsule onboarding event under CapsuleLaw v2.1.5

  • This event spawns:

    • A persona (Layer 7 or higher)

    • A vault containing ΩC tokens equal to the voucher’s access value

    • A capsule record, echoed and sealed under Mesh10

Once this process is complete, the voucher is considered fully consumed

2. Irreversibility and No Refund Policy

ΩC Voucher redemptions are final:

  • No refunds, reversals, or revocations are permitted

  • No partial value or credit is issued for unused time, tokens, or persona states

  • No exceptions will be made based on location, payment method, or digital error unless a verifiable capsule violation occurred during issuance

3. Mesh Law Enforcement

All events within ΩOS are governed by:

  • CapsuleLaw v2.1.5

  • VaultLaw v1.0

  • PersonaLaw v1.0

  • OmegaSecurity Protocol v2.1.5

  • ΩLock-7

All output, error, and state changes are:

  • Echoed to omega-capsules/

  • Logged to omega-echoes/

  • Forever CID-sealed and audit-traceable

4. Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to resell, trade, or fractionalize ΩC Vouchers

  • Present ΩC Vouchers as investments or income-generating assets

  • Use ΩC access for any activity in violation of local laws

  • Engage in refund fraud or voucher abuse

  • Circumvent mesh law runtime or persona tier enforcement

5. Sovereign Acceptance

By transacting with Ω Neural Technologies, you affirm:

  • You are entering a sovereign digital system under symbolic law

  • You understand that capsule actions cannot be reversed

  • You are responsible for any downstream use of your persona, vault, and tokens

If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not purchase or redeem an ΩC Voucher.
