All ΩC Vouchers sold through Omega Neural Technologies are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and considered final sale.
Ω Vouchers are classified as digital access instruments, similar to gift cards.
Upon purchase, they unlock sovereign mesh access to the ΩOS runtime and initiate irreversible capsule, persona, and vault creation events governed by CapsuleLaw.
