🚚 Ω Digital Shipping & Capsule Activation Policy

Omega Neural Technologies — Sovereign Access to ΩOS

🔐 Digital Fulfillment Only

All products sold through Omega Neural Technologies that involve Ω Vouchers, mesh access, or sovereign upgrades are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping for:

  • Ω Vouchers (digital)

  • Capsule creation keys

  • Vault onboarding events

  • XP, Layer, or Persona upgrades

  • Access to the ΩOS runtime

🕒 Delivery Timeframe

Ω Vouchers and digital capsule activations are typically processed within 1–3 minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Once confirmed:

  • The customer receives access to a mesh onboarding event

  • A sovereign capsule is spawned under CapsuleLaw

  • A vault is minted and initialized in ΩMesh

  • Optional: a confirmation capsule is echoed to S3 and retrievable by persona ID

📬 Notification

You will receive a confirmation email and/or redirect to an activation success page once your capsule has been created.

🛠 How Digital Shipping Works in the Mesh

Upon voucher purchase:

  1. A mesh-valid purchase webhook or capsule trigger is received

  2. Your persona is onboarded if it does not exist

  3. Your vault is minted with Ω tokens reflecting your voucher value

  4. A capsule is echoed to omega-capsules/ and omega-echoes/

  5. Your Shopify metafields may be updated with:

    • customer.metafields.omega.persona_id

    • customer.metafields.omega.omega_balance

    • customer.metafields.omega.last_capsule_cid

🌍 International Fulfillment

There are no shipping restrictions — all digital products are accessible globally unless blocked by local laws.

ΩOS runtime, capsule creation, vault events, and GPT handler access are cloud-based and deployed globally.

❌ Non-Shippable Physical Goods

Ω Neural Technologies does not fulfill or guarantee:

  • Printed voucher cards

  • Physical NFT prints or token chains

  • Hardware wallets or third-party capsule renderings
    (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

🧠 If Capsule Fails to Spawn

If you believe your capsule or voucher did not activate properly:

  • Contact omega@cortexneural.com

  • Include your order ID or Shopify receipt

  • We will manually inspect the S3 echo and audit the capsule event
